Our commitment to an accessible website and apps

Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to read this site and use our apps, regardless of ability. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA for this website, and to follow Apple’s accessibility guidance in the Datey app.
This website
tortugatech.co is a small, static informational site. We build it to be:
- Readable — sufficient colour contrast, resizable text, and a layout that reflows on small screens and at high zoom.
- Keyboard-friendly — navigable and operable without a mouse.
- Screen-reader-friendly — semantic headings, meaningful link text, and text alternatives for meaningful images.
- Respectful of your settings — honouring reduced-motion and dark-mode preferences where relevant.
The Datey app
Datey is built with Apple’s accessibility technologies in mind, including VoiceOver, Dynamic Type, and Reduce Motion. We run periodic accessibility reviews and treat accessibility issues as bugs to fix, not optional polish.
Known limitations
Accessibility is ongoing work. Some content — for example certain data-visualisation charts — may not yet expose a full text description to assistive technology. Where we know of a gap, we work to close it.
Give us feedback
If you hit an accessibility barrier on this site or in Datey, please tell us at support@tortugatech.co. Describe the page or screen and the problem, and we will do our best to help and to fix it. We treat accessibility feedback as a priority.
